I was creating a support knowledge base where I want to add some labels but at the moment every one can create a label which can cause trouble in finding something rather making it easier. So can you please let me know, whether there is an option for this that only Space admin can create new labels and delete when required?

Using page templates we can set the labels in advance, so that when knowledge base page is created, tha labels are added automatically when they are added

But that can be deleted by anyone, how I restrict them to delete?

Deletion is not possible by restricting labels as of now
