When creating a new database in Confluence (using the '+' button and selecting 'Database' from the templates), we're experiencing an error when trying to upload files in an attachment column. Both my colleagues and I receive this error:
undefined is not an object (evaluating 'n.value[t.delta.index].fileId="fileId"in t.delta.value&&t.delta.value.fileId||""')
Has anyone else encountered this issue with file attachments in Confluence Database templates? Any suggestions for resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to the community.
I can't replicate this on my instance. Attachments are set in a media and files column in the db.
Are you attachments bigger then the global attachment size?
Otherwise contact Atlassian Support
Thanks for your response!
Unfortunately, the issue persists. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
I was wondering if the issue might be related to multiple colleagues working in the database simultaneously. Since it’s possible to make changes in real-time without needing to explicitly publish or save, could this create conflicts that lead to the error?
Looking forward to hearing your insights. Appreciate your help!
Best regards,
Niels Croiset

I have never seen this kind of error based on index in Confluence.
My suggestion is to contact Atlassian Support in this case, as it seems to be youtr cloud instance
