Issues Copying Pages

Good Morning, we are unable to copy confluence pages this morning. We received an error initially stating ' we're still working on copying your content' and now 'an error occurred please try again later' - these are not large pages. We organize team meetings by year and copy previous meeting notes to a new page.

Hi @Cody Jones , welcome to the community.

I just checked the status page and did not see any incident reported as yet. I checked my instance and am able to successfully copy pages. I would check with others to see if they are also experiencing this and also check if this error occurs on copying other pages. Maybe create a simple test page in another space and try that. If the problem persists definitely open a support ticket with Atlassian.

@Jack Brickey  Oddly all spaces are behaving the same for both me and my manager. We are able to create new pages - but for some reason cannot copy anything to any space. Will open a support ticket - thank you!

Just here to say we also have this issue on all our sites.
While attempting to copy a confluence page it loads forever.

hello, just as an update - a colleague opened a support case, which is now closed. Aparently there were some problems on Atlassian's side.
Copying a page confluence page works again, albeit a bit slowly at the moment.

We are still seeing the error "We're still working on copying your content
It may take a few minutes."

@Jack Brickey not yet, working with my local folks. Appears to be common, waiting for it to settle and come back. Will report back if it continues.

I still have this issue . have you done anything that fixed your issue @Mark McGilvray
