Issues downloading documents from Confluence

Is anyone else having an issue downloading documents from Confluence?  Every time I select an item to download it comes up with "Binary" in my download dropdown.

Can anyone help please?

Could you please provide us with some more information here? Are you using Confluence Server or Cloud? Please describe step by step what and how you want to download. And what do you mean by "download dropdown"? I'm not facing any issues at the moment, but that doesn't help you in any way ;)

thank you for responding. I am not sure if I am using the cloud or server but basically I am using the service to upload documents that all of my staff have access to. When I go to that document to update it, I cannot access it. It won’t allow me to download or view the document.
