I have observed the following problem with JIRA in cloud ,it seems  Jira cloud does not handle individual browser sessions properly:

• Open JIRA window via hyperlink for Board 1
• Open another JIRA window for Board 2
• Open third JIRA window for Board 3
• Click in the first window (Board 1) -> Click on "Reports"
• JIRA opens "Reports" for the last opened board 3, NOT for board 1, from which I jumped off

The behavior also occurred in other constellations, but I can reproduce it in the one mentioned above.

Can anyone explain why this happens and how to prevent it.

Hi @Danyal Iqbal 

Jira takes the latest board as the point of entry in the project, this is placed in your personal setting cookie in your Atlassian account.

So @Sayed Bares _ServiceRocket_ unfortunate its not a bug but a cookie setting, that when you re-enter a project it opens where you left of.

No this is default in the Atlassian account.

There are no options to change this.

@Danyal Iqbal it most probably is a bug, I suggest reaching out to Atlassian support  to confirm.
