Hi Community.

I have a question about Confluence-to-Jira integration.

We are on Jira 9.4 and Confluence 5.9 (quite legacy one).

Jira and Confluence are connected via App link and works fine.

For example jira-macro correctly displays issues and filter result.

But on the tab 'Create a new issue' I can see only 'Jira' field

but not 'Project' , 'Issue Type' ...

I suppose this is connected to the legacy Confluence version.

But is there any confirmation or workarounds?

Thank you.

Alex.

Hi @Craig Nodwell

Please find the screen below.

On investigation I have found that Confluence is loading the Jira projects to be placed on the form with

<Confluence URL>/rest/jira-integration/1.0/servers/<ServerID>/projects?_=XXX

And this REST call fails with

JiraErrors{errorMessages=[Issue Does Not Exist], errors={}}
