Jira macro missing attributes

Hi,

We are using the Jira macro to pull through a filtered list of epics and their metadata.

Yesterday (Wed 04 Nov) this was working fine and we could see the values in each othe fields. Today, we are seeing this:

2020-11-05_13-47-51.png

So the macro is pulling the Key and Summary but, very strangely, nothing else across both standard fields (e.g. Status and Priority) as well as custom fields (e.g. Business Benefits).

We have:

  • Checked that the standard system application links are still there between Jira and Confluence.
  • Created a new space and tried doing a simple Jira macro which has the same issue though it did also pull down Assignee but nothing else.
  • Tried different users in different roles up to Site Admin.
  • Unfortunately this Missing Attributes (Summary, Resolution, Description) In JIRA Macro article just points to a checklist for application links which is of limited usefulness as we are entirely on cloud.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Having the same problem - entire columns missing just in the last week or two.

It seems to be intermittent. Came back last night then disappeared during the afternoon (which was annoying as I was trying to do a status meeting!) and now has come back.

All very odd!
