Just updated to 6.7.0 from 5.10 and have a page load error with a general message

There is a javascript issue somewhere but do not know where to start. I cannot upgrade until this is resolved.

It could be an application that is not compatible.

Try safe mode to see if it is indeed an application issue. https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-add-ons-273875716.html

It could be some custom javascript. You could look at the developer tools -> console tab of chrome to see if there are any javascript errors, perhaps you will see some clue.

Look for custom javascript in the Confluence Administration -> Custom HTML section.

There could also be custom javascript on the "Edit site layout" section

I just opened it up in Chrome and the error does not exist.  Just in IE and Firefox. Being a government person we are big IE proponents. 

I happen to know there are absolutely no customizations on this site.  All totally default and as originally installed.

In that case I would open a ticket with Atlassian directly, seems like it might be a bug.
