Hi all,
I've been trying to get in touch with Kuppersoftware and have had no response at all - I've sent three emails.
The address listed everywhere is info@kuppersoftware.com and in 2016 (!!) I have a record of an email from that address ... and they email-screening me? :(
I also can't seem to logon to raise a ticket with them either. I get this "We already notified the admin of your access request for Confluence on kuppersoftware.atlassian.net."

Did you ever get through to this vendor?
If not, you could try contacting Atlassian Support - and see if they can assist you? :)
