When the address of the documentation website is changed, does it mean that the links redirecting to the other pages of the website in question and provided on the pages of the documentation website become outdated?

Yes and no.
If you have used Confluence as intended, using internal links to other pages like [Space: My page name] , then these will all reflect the new locations. This applies to other systems if you update their application links to the new location as well.
But hard-coded urls like https://somewhere.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/space/id/my+page+name , then no, these will fail, because the pages have moved. That applies to Confluence content as well as anything pointing to it from the outside.
