List of pages by access permission?

We have pages in confluence that are restricted to particular groups and/or people.

I know I can see who they are via the padlock on each page.

Is there a faster way than visiting each page? Is there some sort of summary list that shows page title and access permissions? Or can I generate a list of pages which particular groups have access to?

Hi Deborah,

You can go to Space Tools > Permissions > Restricted Pages to see a list of all pages that are restricted in some way.  Is this what you're looking for?

Thanks Susan - I guess I could export that view to a spreadsheet to find what I'm after. I more want to know 'what pages does group x have access to'.

Oh, I see. As far as I know, there's not a report that does exactly that.

If you just want to see what pages are visible and don't necessarily need an exported list, maybe another option would be to log in as a member of group X. You can do this by opening the user's profile under User management, and clicking the "Log in as user" button at the top.  The catch is that the user will get an email letting them know you've logged in with their account, so you might want to check with them in advance.

Good luck!
