Locking on uploaded files

Hi, is it possible to somehow lock a file in confluence while I'm editing it to prevend my collegues from also editing it at the same time?

Not in plain Confluence, but there are a couple of Apps on the marketplace which can do it.  I've used the Arsenale Lockpoint one in the past, but I'd recommend checking all of them for yourself, rather than rely on my (slightly old and creaky) experiences!

Note that Arsenale Lockpoint has been renamed to Cenote Lockpoint. It's the same attachment locking experience though!
