Hi,
I need to assign a value from another form and display it in a table.
For example, once a record is submitted in Form A, I want it to be displayed automatically in Form B.
However, I don't want to select the value using a smart classifier—I need it to be assigned automatically.
To give you a specific use case, I have two forms: WniosekoPrzeniesienieLimitu and CreateNewVacat. I added a smart classifier to the WniosekoPrzeniesienieLimitu form, and right now, I can select MPK manually. I just need this process to happen automatically (maybe also linking specific rows via some 'key' from form A to B and assigning different values between forms A and B - if possible).
How can I achieve this?

What value it should set? What is the (business) rule or filter?

It should set the same value as is in the other form - nothing more.
In my case it's autonumber field which is my ID. And I want it to display also in another form.
Form Name: CreateNewVacat
The field I want to duplicate:
And I want to copy it to:
Form Name; EmployeeAllocation
into field;

How do these screenshots play together with a smart classifier field that you have mentioned?
This is so complicated...

Oh, OK... what is the rule for the lookup? Which record it should lookup/find?

hm the rule should be "new entry"? Each time when new entry is added to the form CreateNewVacat it's also showing in EmployeeAllocation.
But only in this one column "Employee Name" - other columns should be empty. Is it possible?

I don’t understand this, sorry.
may be someone else can, but I just don’t

I have two forms, when one is submitted new entry is added in the table. The same data should be added to the seconda table (but only for the one particular column). So I don't know what is the rule here - 'new record/entry"?

My question is/was - how to identify a record in the other form where "this" should be added/set?

this should be added as a new empty row. Filled only with this one value from the first form - so the rest of the row should be empty - redy to be fill manually

So, just to conclude - you want to create a row in some form 2 when you submit a form 1 and the record in the form2 should have a smart classifier set to the value of the record that has been created in form 1?

I really appreciate your help but It's still not working. Should I reassign the paramiter condition in IFTTT rule?
I tried
reftoform = [entry.id]
reftoform=[entry.id]&[entry.EmployeeManager]
entry.ID=[entry.id]&[entry.EmployeeManager]
my smart field:

Have you seen the video? Do you understand what I am doing there?
Do you see how it is working in the video?

Yes, I see the video and I did the same in my forms. So added IFTTT rule as well as Smart Field with all the configuration from yours video. Can you see my screens?

Well, I do, but do they really show a full picture!?
Should not you actually create a new record (with ConfiForms IFTTT macro) in "CreateNewVacat" form?

Yes I tried to create several of the new records with different paramiters in CreateNewVacat form and expexting to see the value of EmployeeManager in WniosekoPrzeniesienieLimitu

Would it be possible to contact you directly? Do you have an email or another preferred way of communication?
I’d like to inquire about organizing a paid training session on ConfiForms for our company.
It's really hard to present the problem here and find a suitable solution.

This is a public forum, and this is a private support channel for the app
Obviously, we cannot design the forms for you but we try to unblock if there is a specific question you may have or encountered a bug in the app

In regards to this question - not sure what else can I do.
Provided you with a recorded demo, explained what it does
Have you tried to do the same config as I have and see and understand how it works locally?

Yes, I tried your solution, but as you mentioned, there might be a bug, or I could still be doing something incorrectly.
I could use some training because there are quite a few forms pending, and some more advanced solutions need to be implemented. I'm not exactly a guru in this tool..
I'll send an email. Thanks for your help!

Of course, you will need to reconfigure the smart field to point at the form on your page
