Lost personal space when migrating to another cloud confluence site

Hello

We had two confluence site and decided to merge.

In the site we closed down we had some people use personal spaces and these have not been migrated.  Any way we can get to the old site and access the personal spaces so that we can transfer manually?

When you refer that the site was closed, was the site deleted?

If the site was not deleted then, our support team can help with the migration of the personal space.

Are you able to recover from a backup?

It was a paid licence.
