Macro usage report for confluence

Is there a way to find out the macro usage in confluence ?

I would like to get a report on the macro usage like how many macros are used in a particular space in confluence for analyzing the confluence plugin usage. 

How do we get the plugin usage report for confluence ? Any solution or rest api is available to fetch the details ?

Hi @veni ,

are you interested in the set of macros in a given space (for example: 10 different kinds of macros used in a space) or in the amount of a particular macro?

If it's the latter, you'd just use Confluence search:

• type macroName:panel
  (example for the Panel Macro - replace panel with the macro name you want to find out)
• filter by the space

I am currently looking for the usage of all macros in our instance, like which macro is being used in which space, if i check under the macro usage option in  confluence it shows the number of pages where the particular macro used often.

Just out of curiosity: what would be the benefit of such a report for you? What do you plan to do after you know about all the macros on all the pages of your instance?
