Make words in attachment names searchable

But the link says the app has been archived.

So now what? I need to have attachment title words be searchable.

Open the confluence search

on the left side you can add search filters

change the searchtype from all to attachments

Now you can search for attachment names.

Under "Type" in your screenshot. Click on "Attachments". Should be self-explanatory or i didnt get your question right
