Dear Confluence Team,
Thank you for reading my question. Is there a way to move the right-side widget bar (see red box in the below screenshot) to the top of the screen? One of my co-workers used to have it on the top of the screen but did something, and now it is on the right side.
The co-worker needs to move it back to the top of the screen.
Thanks!
Are you sure that is a Confluence menu bar and not something from a browser plugin?
It doesn't look like a Confluence menu bar. I don't use a Mac, so maybe, but I doubt it, the menu is ordered differently on whatever browser they are using.
Are they editing a page when this menu appears or just viewing?

Dear Shawn,
After clicking Editing, that Widget Bar disappears as the user enters the editing mode.
I just got on a Zoom meeting with the user and tested it that after clicking the Editing, that widget bar disappears. After clicking Save, the widget bar re-appears on the right side of the screen.

When you open that confluence site with your browser, where is the menu? Can you post a screenshot that is a little less redacted?
