Moving off Google - how to update authentication in Confluence

We are configured to use Google to authenticate with our free Confluence domain - but are in the process of migrating to Office 365.

Is there documentation on how to plan and migrate the SSO from Google's authentication to Microsoft's?

This explains how to set it up the first time, but not what to do with existing accounts that are already connected via Google SSO
