Hello all,
I had spent some time to create the documentation for an internal app for the company I work for.
The URL is
https://cefinnapp.atlassian.net
However since the last 2 months when I try to login to my Confluence Page, I see the following:
Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
Any idea why my Page has gone?
Is my work gone as well?
Hi @Data Cefinn
Welcome to the community!
It seems that your page has been deactivated. Has your site been actively used lately, or has it been sitting idle for a while?
If your site has been inactive for a while, there's a chance it might have been deactivated. If that’s the case, the Billing Contacts listed for your site should have received several emails beforehand warning of the deactivation.
I suggest you open a ticket with Atlassian Support
Best regards
Sam

Hi @Data Cefinn
I think your site was deleted due to inactivity. If that's the cases all the data is gone and you won't be able to restore it.

Sam

Hey Samuel,
Thank you for responding.
Yeah after all now after using my url (exactly the same, so I did not do any typo) it works.
Now when I login to my page I get an 401 Unauthorized message.
I have requested access from the admin as it is asking for, but I am the admin (am 100% sure I login with correct email).
I am trying to open a ticket for support somehow, but it leads me to community pages only
Thank yo

Hello Samuel,
Thnk you for your answer,
All of a sudden now it does find my url :P (see screenshot) however support always leads me to community.
Also when I try to go to see my page I get a 401 Not Authorized page (see screenshot).
I am always 100% sure I login with my correct account.
Best
Mario

Hi Marios,
I have successfully restored your site; however, please note that the data has been lost due to a period of inactivity.
Since this site is using a free plan, we can expect that the site will eventually reach the 120 day inactivity limit that is applied to free plans. After which the products on that site will be deleted provided that no users access that site for 120 consecutive days.
Best regards
Sam

Hello @Samuel Gatica _ServiceRocket_
Thank you for your time.
Is that anyhow possible, that we get the data back even if we update the plan?
I am pretty confident that over the last 4 months I have at least logged in Confluence.
Thank you
Marios ZOulias

Hi @Data Cefinn
Unfortunately, this is not possible, once the site is delete the data is lost forever. The only way tonrecover this is with a backup, do you have a backup by any chance?

Submit a ticket with Atlassian Support. Atlassian has been really keeping an eye on inactive sites and deactivating them.

Hi Alex,
Could you please have a look on my conversation above with Samuel, just in case you know how to resolve my issue?
Thank you
