Nested ConfiForms to display and run rules

Hi There

I have 2 forms as follow

teamForm - only single record created 

• team
• email

resourceForm

• name
• type
• email

Then when a record created in teamForm, the resourceForm will be displayed and allow to add, ie

ListView on teamForm, and within it I have resourceForm

ListView - teamForm {

resourceForm registration 

}

so what I want to do the following

• in IFTT Integration rule to send an email
  • I want to to use the team email from teamForm recipients (teamForm.email)
  • also in subject I want to put the team from teamForm (teamForm.team)

how to do that?

Thanks, is there another way rather using smart multi-row field? please note the single record in the teamForm but multi resources and I would have them separate 

I was hoping when I add a resource I can use the email and team name from the teamForm within resourceForm. is this possible?

Why not the smart multi-row? Offers exactly what you ask

And yes, you can set up emails with ConfiForms

I tried it and it’s not what I am looking 

anyway, is this possible, lets forget about nested forms, all I want the following :) 

2 forms , 

teamForm: to identify this page belong to a team

• name
• email

resourceForm: the resources for the team

• name
• email

all I want when I add a resource in resourceForm, I would like to send an email to the team: the email rule is within the resourceForm. How I can get the team email from teamForm within resourceForm email rule? Is it possible to reference another form and retrieve value 

Let’s say the teamForm always have single record
