Hello,
I was a bit over zealous in my onboarding, and I sent an email invitation to a new team member before his email address has been created internally, and now it is impossible for him to access his account or create a password.
Looking at other similar posts on the forum, it appears that a block might have been created in the system for this address since it was identified as non-existant when the invitation link was sent out.
Is there someone who could please remove his email from the bounce list so he is able to access it and continue his onboarding? (Not sure if I should post his email address publicly or not)

We had a similar issue.
You should open a support ticket from Jira ( Help - Contact Support ) Right top corner "? "mark and mention there the email that should be removed .
