No email notification when deleting confluence page

I get email notifications on a watched space when I add or modify a page. I do not get an email notification when I delete a page . I do get an email when I delete a blog post.

Running Confluence Server 6.2.0 n Linux.

We have a heavily modified confluence with modifications to the confluence email notification plugin for notifications with content and the "legacy" notification code that seems to be used for notifications without content.

I also see this issue with stock confluence 6.2.0 without any of our modifications.

This problem does not happen in Confluence 4.3.

The way I read Email Notifications it seems like the deleted pages are only included in the daily update. I am surprised that you get a notification when you delete a blog post.

That said, we have this bug open as well, which could be what you are running into: Daily Email Report Does Not Include Deletion of Page or Blog The bug was probably not present in Confluence 4.3, as that version is not listed in the "Affects Version/s" on the ticket. Feel free to comment or vote on the bug to communicate directly with the development team. Doing so will also add you to notifications for the issue.

Thanks for replying. We actually have daily digests disabled but I am sure it is a related issue. They moved notifications to a whole series of plugins and, based on some of the comments I see in some source code I have access to, they have issues and complications with notification.
