Sorry to hear you're having trouble using your company template.
When creating content on Confluence, you can click the + icon in the sidebar, and it will take you to a menu of available templates. If you remember the name of the template, you should be able to scroll down and select it. Be aware that some templates are created as Space Templates, and are only available for the given space. So you may need to change the selected space before you can select that template. See Blueprints and User Created Templates for more information on templates.
If you are still not able to find the required template, then you will want to get in touch with your Confluence administrator. They will be able to take a look and let you know where you can find the required template. If your administrator is then unable to locate the template, they are welcome to contact the Atlassian Support team and we can help them find the missing template.
