Ouch! We can't load the PDF.

This happens intermittently on pages when trying to open a PDF.  The first open of the PDF works, but subsequent clicks yield the error.  Once it's occurred on a particular page, it seems that page is forever broken.

(The same PDF on the same page can, however, be edited in Preview using the Companion app.)

Any ideas on a fix would be appreciated!

What browser are you using?  Does it happen in all browsers?

Using Firefox on Mac and it seems to happen in all browsers.  I believe I renamed the title of the page and after that, I could not view the PDF. 

However, 2 days later (today) I am able to view the PDF again.  So it does resolve itself, eventually.

However, this does not answer the question of how to prevent this from happening. 

Would appreciate some help from Atlassian for this bug.  A quick search online shows that many people have seen this same error.
