PDF export does not allow selection of pages

I am a Confluence admin. I have a doc that won't allow me to export selected pages. Under Custom Export, instead of listing all the pages of the space there is a check box checked and titled All pages. I can uncheck the check box but nothing happens.
I can't find anywhere in the configuration where to change that so that it lists all pages of that space and allows me to select ages. Any ideas as to where I can change that configuration? Thanks!

Same issue in Confluence Cloud, no option to select pages. Looks like another "improvement" from Atlssian that broke existing functionality.

I currently have the option to select or deselect individual pages, but it doesn't display the All pages checkbox.

And it's giving me this message: 

Our newest version of the export feature improves export rendering but does not support @page tags in the PDF stylesheet. If your content has these tags or your admin has enabled IP allowlisting, Confluence will export using an older version of the feature. Watch our progress on export features to see future updates.

Are you maybe a Confluence or Space Admin? Do you use Server or Data Center? Can you easily export to other formats?

If possible would be nice if you can paste a screenshot that would show this specific situation so that would be easier to troubleshoot?

I am a Confluence admin and we are on the Data Center. for Some reason, it will not let me copy and paste the screen shot I took. Under Custom Export, instead of listing all the pages of the space there is only a check box checked and titled All pages. Sorry, I found nothing in the document you suggested that would tell me how to fix that to where it lets me select pages from a list of pages to export to PDF.

Our instance is in the data center, and I don't get a message like you do. For some reason it won't let me past the screen shot here, but basically instead of he list of pages in this space for me to select for exporting when I click Custom, it just has "All pages" with a check mark in front of it. When I mark or unmark the check box, nothing changes. 
Also, it only shows up in one document. I check my other Confluence docs. in other spaces, and all of them allow me to select the pages that I want to export. 

Nothing in Atlassian's documentation had an answer on how to resolve this issue.
