I'm running into an issue with Confluence and wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
When accessing a Confluence page as an anonymous user, attempting to export the page to PDF results in the following error:
"There was a problem accessing this content.
Check your network connection and try again, or contact your administrator for help."
However, exporting the same page to a Word document works without any issues.
Has anyone encountered this before or found a workaround? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @Brita Moorus I did a quick search on Atlassian's Jira Site and found CONFCLOUD-80738 , CONFCLOUD-76302 , CONFCLOUD-74922 which seem to be similar issues with exports and anonymous users. There may be some other ones out there. If these are your issue, I would suggest voting for and watching them for updates.
