Page Properties Report: Display as columns instead of rows

James Deguara February 1, 2024

I am using a page properties macro in one confluence page and an accompanying page properties report macro in another page. This works fine, but although I can specify the information in columns in the page properties macro, I do not have the option to display the information in columns in the  page properties report macro.

Is there anyway around this as it really does not make sense to display the data in rows:

E.g

page properties macro

Name: John Smith

Email: jsmith@email.com

Country: Malta

Displays in the page properties report macro as:

Name              Email                       Country

John Smith       jsmith@email.com   Malta

But I want to display the date in the same orientation as the page properties macro

Hi @James Deguara ,

If you have our Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets app installed for your instance, you may wrap your Page Properties Report macro in the Table Transformer macro and transpose the result table.

Hi @Stiltsoft support  many thanks for your reply, but my organisation has asked me to use standard functionality.

Hi @James Deguara I could be wrong, but it sounds like this is similar to CONFCLOUD-30103 or CONFCLOUD-76612

If that's your issue, feel free to vote for and watch them.

Hi @Dan Breyenthanks for your reply, but neither of these tickets describe the same issue I am raising.

I really believe we should be able to display information in columns or rows in the page properties report macro. Especially as they may be entered in columns in the page properties macro to start with.

Bummer @James Deguara you can always open a ticket with Atlassian Support and get their take on it. They can probably confirm if it's a bug or not.
