Hi!
I'm using Page Properties Report to list my Sprints list.
I've got more than 30 sprints, but sadly only 28 of them are being shown.
Properties checked - the proper label is applied, pages after 28th also checked - the correct label is also used. Nothing more has been changed; refresh of PPR is not helping, too.
FYI: I'm using a new editor with site administration privileges (but also Space Admin can't make it work).
Edit:
I've also checked - the number of items is raised from default 30 to 300, which does not help.
I just had exactly the same problem and after checking EVERYTHING I realized the new pages I was creating included a table at the top with my properties but that table was not included in a Page Properties component. Therefore the Page Properties Report component couldnt add those new pages since it needs pages with the Page Properties component with a table inside to feed the report. I hope you have the same issue since the solution is quite simple: include the PP component in your new pages with a table and you'll be good to go (of course having proper labels assigned and configured). Cheers!
Hi David!
Yes, this would be that case!
I've checked it with Atlassian Support, and the PP component is missing, which is not creating PPReport properly :)
I'll mark your answer as a resolution for this!
Cheers!

Hi @Kamil Podejma 👋
Welcome to the Community! I agree with @Kishan Sharma your best bet is to raise a support ticket with Atlassian Support who will be able to help with this.
I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just ask away 😃
All the best,

So @Kishan Sharma @Laura Holton _ACE Rotterdam_, sadly reindexing did not help :/
Right now, I'm waiting for Atlassian Support to confirm the issue on their side, and I'll reply when I'd have more info.

I think confluence reindex might help here, but for that you will need to raise a support ticket to Atlassian Support since you are using cloud.

Thanks Kishan!
Do you know that it's product-specific or only for designated space?

Assuming that you are using Standard Plan (since you tagged it while raising this question), you are entitled for support and yes it will be product specific (confluence cloud in your case).
