Page Updating restriction or waiting for confirmation to update

Hello!   Can I put a restriction so that the user to be able to edit the page, but not to be allowed to update it until the confirmation from the Admin.  So, I can see first what is changed and then confirm publishing of changes.

with plain Confluence, this is not possible. 

You can do something like this with an app like Comala Workflows, but there might also be others.
