Page tree search is not working

Hi everybody, 

once spaces and have been versioned through Scroll Versions, the Page Tree search macro stopped working. Even the most common search, such as "installation", does not return anything.

How can I solve this issue? The search macro should be working within each manual (ancestor = manual's root page).

Check the root page in the configuration of the page tree search macro

Basically, it returns the results considering the root page

Already checked and it seems correct, considering also the versioned spaces. But this does not work  either. Thanks!
