https://ogvmieming.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ is my space, but when I try to reach it, it only gives me an error:
Page unavailable.
And a generic information that I should check the Atlassian Status. But this is not the problem.
In the Admin Portal, no more product is shown there, so my Confluence page has gone, obviously.
If I try to add it, it states, that
ogvmieming.atlassian.net
is already in use.
Please help.
Thanks,
Michael
Checking the account and logs details for the site https://ogvmieming.atlassian.net, the Confluence product has been deactivated due to inactivity.
The message you are seeing when trying to access it, it is because it is no longer active and accessible.
Since it happened last week, there may be a small chance of trying to getting your content back and reactivating the site, so I have created the following support ticket, so we can follow on this with you:
Even with that in mind, please notice that since the site was marked as deleted after the product was deleted/deactivated, this is really a small chance we could get any of them back, so we want to set the correct expectations with you, in case this is not possible.
Regards,
Jessica
@Michael Deseife welcome to the Atlassian community
Are you using Chrome as your browser? If you are, can you try another browser or Chrome in incognito mode. If you are logged into Chrome with a different account it will use this at login.
If you are not using Chrome when was the last time you accessed your site?

I tried Chrome and Edge, both in normal and in-private/incognito mode - same result as described above.
Further investigations on my side revealed that my Confluence product has been deactivated due to inactivity - I must have overseen final reminder from Atlassian Team - my bad.
I assume, there is no way to reactivate that page, right?
Cheers,
Michael

@Michael Deseife I will escalate to Atlassian to see if they can reactivate and recover it but my guess is most likely not. Once has been deactivated it will get deleted shortly afterwards. This information would have been included in the emails they sent you.
