Hi,
I have a space where we have permission to "confluence-users" and another group - "partners"
I would like to make sure that if someone creates a new section in this space it will be open to "confluence-users" and not to "partners" and we will be able to decide if to give them access.
Is this possible?
Thanks! :)
Hello Maya, it will be possible with Page Restrictions which allows you to control who can view and/or edit individual pages in a space. Also, view restrictions are inherited, which means a restriction applied to one page will cascade down to any child pages. So, to meet your requirements you can create a parent page which is restricted and ask your users to create child pages under that parent page.
Thank you for your quick response!
If someone else creates a new parent - is there an option to create a default it will be open only to "confluence-users" and not to "partners"? or do I have to track it and manage it?
Thanks! :)

A space admin has to manually track and manage it.
