How can I see poeple who have access to a restricted page? I am both the space owner and the page owner. I used to have option to see who I have allowed to access certain pages. Now I only get the option to share, not see who already has access.
Looks like some of my privileges are removed. Why?
@Silvana Bilic Michaelsen What your screenshot shows is that, for this page, only you can view or see the page—no one else has any access.
For example, for one of my pages, my Share box looks like this:
Anyone in the space can View; only my boss and I can Edit. You use the Share box to grant access to others.
That is not the case. There are pages under this page that other people have access to and have edited. On those pages, the restriction is "Restricted by parent" which is as expected.
The parent is the page I have shared the screen on, and the one I want to see access.

Hmm… That's odd. I'm going to throw this one back to @Thiago P _Atlassian Support_ or anyone else in the community who may know whether there is some valid reason for this or if you should contact support to open a ticket.

As @Barbara Szczesniak mentioned here, this is indeed an odd situation.
Please open a Support ticket so our Team can take a closer look, but I'm hoping this is a simple misunderstanding.
The Permissions and Restrictions system is a critical and robust aspect of Confluence, so it's unlikely that this is a Bug - however, we should double-check if that's the case here.

Hey there @Silvana Bilic Michaelsen ,
If you have access to the restricted page, clicking the Share button will display all the Page Restrictions (if any) such as View and Edit restrictions as it now consolidates the functionality of the former padlock icon.
Feel free to add a screenshot of the Share dialogue from that page so we can review it.
If you don't have access to the page, you can navigate to Space Settings > Content > Restricted to see a list of pages with Page Restrictions applied. Notice that pages with no restrictions will not be listed in this menu.
Hope this information helps! =]

This is what I get when pressing Share. Pressing "Restricted" goves me options "Open" and "Restricted by parent"

Thank you for the screenshot.
This means that a parent page already has View restrictions applied and being inherited by this child page. Notice that Edit restrictions are not inherited, and usually causes confusion.
You need to navigate upwards in the page tree hierarchy and investigate each of them to determine where the restrictions have been applied.
This can be easily determined using the Inspect Permissions tool, but that's only available for Premium and Enterprise licenses.

I cannot see the restriction details on the home page either; it shows the same - restricted. It does not help to go up.
Last year I created a space and gave access to 2 partners (group access to the space). In the space, I have created separate pages for these 2 partners to acces, so that they can access their dedicated page (and child pages), therefore restrictions.
Now I wanted to look into who exaclty has the access, and I am unable to.
