I'd like to understand what you mean by "You're on the free plan, so anyone who's logged in can view and edit this page. To set page restrictions, upgrade your plan."
Who's "anyone who's logged in"?
Does it mean that absolutely anyone can see my page as long as I'm under the free plan, or does it mean that any member of my team, to whom I have given access to my space, can see all my pages?
@Sarah Catherine Megas Welcome to Confluence.
On the free plan, there are no page restrictions available. That means all content created by a registered user on your free instance is visible to all registered users. You cannot make a Space or Page restricted to any of the other users.

Thank you, Andy.
I'm still not sure I understand: when you say "registered user", does that mean just anyone with a Confluence account? Or does it mean someone I have added to my space as a team member?
For instance, does it mean that you, @Andy Gladstone could see anything I post on my space just because I'm using the free plan?
Cheers,
Sarah

@Sarah Catherine Megas Sorry I was not clear. It means only registered users that have a login to your instance will be able to access it. Not all Atlassian users - only those that you have invited to your instance. The Free Plan does not expose your content to the public, only to those that you have created user logins for to your instance.
