Plugin always disabled and can't enable it

With the new Confluence DC version 8.8.0 I can’t enable my app. The app is per default disabled and when trying to click on the button to enable it I get this error: This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information.
And I can’t get it enabled. Does someone know what the issue is and how I can fix it?

Hi @Dominik Gashi , you will definitelly need to check the atlassian-jira.log server log. There will be information about some missing dependency or something. Can you share this file or the snippet of it?

Hi Martin, thank you for your message. I downloaded the support zip and I can't fin the atlassian-jira.log. I think you wanted to write atlassian-confluence.log because I have the issue on Confluence. But also in the support zip I can't find the atlassian-confluence.log file.

Hi @Dominik Gashi , yes of course I though atlassian-confluence.log. What files are contained in the zip file?
