Hi all,
I already successfully completed a test migration earlier this week. I wanted to do the production migration today but it is blocked by an error:
There is nothing in the logs and I already disabled all firewall rules that might interfere. All apps are installed in the cloud (as you see and CCMA figured out) and they have a stage 2 migration path. This is really frustrating especially because Confluence isn't telling me what is the problem... Has anyone had this problem before? How did you solve it?
Thanks and greets
Hello @Atlassian Admin
Are you chosing "migrating all data at once"? If yes, please chose "what to migrate" option.
Try to wipe of all the data in cloud and retry, I was also facing the same and it worked for me.
Kindly vote and Accept if it helps.
Thanks
Asha
Hi Asha,
Unfortunately I can't verify your solution. I then opted to migrate the Plugins manually (it wasn't that much). It made no sense to me to spend much time on looking for a fix or even postponing the migration when doing it manually only takes about an hour.
Greets and thanks for sharing your solution!
