After our upgrade to 7.13 we have lost the functionality to add in Issue Collector HTML macros. We can add them and the preview looks great but upon publish it is not visible. The System plugin is enabled as well (html-xhtml). I am not sure what else to check. I validate that JS was still working and it is, just something about the macro. Any ideas?
We are also similar issue after upgrading Confluence Wiki to 7.13. Can someone suggest how to change trigger style of HTML macro to Vertical?
Hi @WellSky IT
After the upgrade most likely the app got disabled. You will need to enable it. Instructions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/html-macro-38273085.html

I am also running into the same issue as @WellSky IT
Even after confirming the settings are enabled in your linked suggestion.
Edit:
I updated the Trigger Style to Vertical and it appears again.
Previously we were using Prominent, as soon as I switch the Issue Collector to Prominent, it disappears.
