Hello, I'm in the process of creating a wiki page that has several videos embedded in it. I've been able to successfully upload multiple video files that also provide on the on-screen preview. However, the latest file I've uploaded continues to show a 'preview unavailable' message. Thoughts on how I may be able to resolve?
Thanks
Hi Owen, sure it's in .webm format. I've been able to successfully use this format before uploading to wiki pages; first time I've run into this situation.
Thanks!

Thanks @Mitch Abrams - we had a bug with webm which looking at the date of your post you would have been affected by. This is fixed now. We're also working on reprocessing the files affected by the bug.
