Hello

We use a Citrix-enviroment for our users and noticed a problem: we can't create or edit new pages in Confluence. When we create or open a Page to edit it keeps loading.

We use a Windows Server 2008 enviroment and tested on both Explorer and Chrome.

Tullio,

Could you show us what's happening in the Confluence application logs when you try to create or edit a page?

That will help us understand the issue.

Please also tell us the version of Confluence you're running.

Kind Regards,
Shannon

Thanks Tullio,

Are there any error messages? The bit you've shared appears to just be warnings. If you watch the logs long enough there should be something that says ERROR instead of WARN, or a Caused by: that follows the ERROR.

Kind Regards,
Shannon

we face the same problem right now.

Is there a solution for this case?

Kind Regards

Oliver

Hello @[deleted],

Thank you for following-up with us! If you're the site admin, you can contact the Support team regarding this, and we can have a look at your logs for you.

If you're the admin of a Starter license site or otherwise not eligible for support via the portal, you can still raise a new question with us in Community, and it'll link the Community support team to your account details and we can help you get that solved directly.

Let me know if you have any trouble!

Regards,

Shannon
