Product Improvement Suggestion

Not sure how to make a suggestion to Atlassian development team for a minor improvement suggestion so here goes:

Add a capability to set `target="_blank"` attribute on web links. Currently all links open in same tab. It would be great to have the capability to open links in new tabs from within JIRA.

Hi Doug,

Please vote or comment on the existing suggestion ticket to emphasize your case to the development team. Provide the ability to create a link in Confluence that will open in a new tab

The Jira instance linked above is set up so you may create a suggestion if you like in the future. Bugs need to be validated by support first but suggestions are open to all.
