Hello,
I am trying to access a Confluence page using its public link:https://seoulauction.atlassian.net/wiki/external/MjQ0ZDNlNTdiOThiNGVlYjg5OTRiMjBkMzhiMTg0ZTc
The link returns HTTP 200 OK with HTML content, but when opened in a browser, it only shows an error page ("Something went wrong").
When checking the browser console and network panel, I found the following request failing:
It seems that the request for /gateway/api/me
is returning a 401 (Unauthorized) response, which might be causing the public page to fail loading.
Steps I have tried:
Opened the link in an incognito browser and on different networks – the issue persists.
Confirmed that the page exists in Confluence.
Confirmed that public link sharing is enabled for the page.
The public link feature is enabled in the site and space settings.
Could you please help me understand why this public link is not displaying properly, even though it is enabled, and why /gateway/api/me
is returning 401 instead of rendering the page in guest mode?
Thank you.

Hi @김선진
Did you ask Atlassian support about that? They have better view in logs so they should be able to tell you more. I requested for their assistance here.
