So we have a situation where we *really* want to remove all of the "deactivated" users from the page headers of pages they've created. We have tons of them all over the system now, and it's not like you can even search based on deactivated users. Furthermore, some of these users have not left on the best of terms. I understand that this has not been something we have been able to fix in the past, but by chance is there any way we can fix it now--or remove that ridiculous header altogether? Thanks in advance.
You can create a batch script or job to delete/deactivate those "ghost" users I am certain.

@Charisma Riley Can you export to a CSV file all of the deactivated users? I might be able to come up with a custom solution for this one to reduce maintenance.
It might have to match your Active Directory stuff FYI.
