Hi
I want to reorder pages within a space.
I check on line documents
it's said
To move or reorder a page:
Go to the space and choose Space tools > Reorder pages from the bottom of the sidebar
Expand the branches to locate the page you want to move.
Drag the page to a new position in the tree.
my problem is I CANNOT FIND Space tools
Enter the space and you can find the option in the lower left corner of the screen (space tools -> content tools -> reorder pages).
But you need to be admin of that space.
Hi Peter,
On a page click on the "..." menu then click on "View in Hierarchy".
If you can't see this entry I assume the permissions on the space level are not appropriate.
If you also can't see "Space Tools" > "Permissions" you have to recover the permissions in the Site Administration > Space Permissions section.
Best, Tobias

It seems "Space Tools" is called "Space Settings" on Confluence Cloud. Because what you see with "Space Settings" is the same we see with "Space Tools" on Confluence Server.
If you click on Content Tools, then you should be able to reorder the pages.

I recommend you contact an admin or your IT. You do not have full admin rights or the config is not correct.

As Thomas said > "Space Settings" > "Content Tools" > "Reorder Pages"

Hi Peter,
like Thomas said -> lower left corner in your space:
second option, also with admin right, under space tools -> content tools -> reorder pages:
Do you have admin rights?

See the cogwheel on your second screenshot? Below the blue rectangle (Folder icon) at the top which starts with Projec?
Try to click this.
