Replacement for 'Easy Heading Macro' for Conf Server

We've been using 'Easy Heading Macro' for awhile because it gave a nice floating ToC, but since it's no longer being supported for Confluence Server, we need to find something else.  Any ideas?  It cannot be web-based, as our networks do NOT connect to the Internet.

@John Kalla I was having some issues with that macro. Where did you find out it was not being supported on Server?

We were moved off our own confluence to a higher level org's version, and they won't let us add the macro, so I lost track of what we did.  I BELIEVE we got it working again, but I can't remember.
