The account I currently use at work is geumpyo.hong@roboetech.com.
I want to delete the previously created accounts felix.hong@roboetech.com and felix@roboetech.com.
The Atlassian administrator at my company says I can't delete these IDs.
Please delete them yourself.
Hi @Felix and welcome!
Is your administrator a Organization admin of your site? Are your accounts Managed accounts under Atlassian Guard.
A org-admin should be able to deactivate, suspend or delete your account and that would prevent you from being able to login or being assigned to issues using those profiles.
Best regards,
/Staffan

The administrator I'm talking about is the one who manages the company domain as its main domain. This person can manage multiple sites within the company domain.

Hi,
If the admin is a Organization admin they should be able to manage the accounts via Adminstration -> Directory ->Users
If the can not manage or deactivate the account it could be because you have a Identity Provider (EntraID, Azure, Google or similar) that feeds Atlassian guard with the identities. In that case you need to inactivate the account in your IDP.

/Staffan
