How come restricted pages are hidden in Search from those who can access them?
We are trying to setup a Space that contains both public and agent information. Want to be able to see all as an agent, but have the customer only see the pages for them.
Just guessing the missing information:
You're writing about a knowledge base space connect to a Jira Service Desk project? Or is it just a standard Confluence space with permissions and restrictions?
Can you list the space permissions? Are there restricted pages? If you've got view restricted pages then all child pages are also view restricted as view restrictions are inherited.

This will be a connected space to Service Desk.
My account is in the Admin group that can see the Space. Within the Space i have one restricted page that only i can see. Search works fine in Confluence, but through Service Desk.
Using my admin account in both Confluence and Service Desk. The account can see and search in Confluence, but can't see the restricted pages via search using Service Desk

I guess this is by design as Service Desk accesses Confluence by a special access configuration allowing an anonymous access to the defined space. Therefore when accessing / searching Confluence from Service Desk you're not personalized as admin.
