If there is a plugin or a different decision to solve my problem.
I want restriction that only a specific user can see a page inside the space. But user should see only one page that he is allowed to watch and all other pages in this space is invisible for him.
As i uderstand it is not possible to do so with a confluence cascading permissions and restriction system. But it will be very usefull tool to control who can see pages and have a permission that restricted people from seeing some pages.
Also If you know apps/plugins that can publish the page without exposing others. That will be greate if you will be able to provide me with them.
Appreciate any help, thanks.
Hi Stanislav,
Confluence comes with some native restrictions features built in and enables you to restrict pages and spaces to specific users or groups. This article may help - https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf70/permissions-and-restrictions-976756948.html
Alternatively, our Plugin Compliance for Confluence can also help with restrictions (plus other features) but the native functionality in Confluence may be all you need for this specific scenario.
Happy to help if you have any other questions.
Best wishes,
Craig
i see automatic page restriction and a person who is restricted cant see the content inside the page or he wont be able to see this page in a page tree inside a space?

Hi @Stanislav
Just to clarify, when you say automatic page restriction are you referring to the restrictions built into Confluence or our Plugin? It will help me answer your question

Craig

Hi @Stanislav
If a page is restricted, it would not be visible within the page tree inside a Space. For your scenario, the "visible page" would need to be placed into its own separate page tree with the correct access restrictions applied. If you wanted us to talk you through this please feel free to contact us (support@appfox.io).
Alternatively, it may be worth considering a solution that allows you to share specific pages.
Best wishes,
Craig
