Hi,
Is it possible to reuse an object drawn in a diagram from one page in Confluence on another page? I mean that two different diagrams on two different pages share an object.
Thanks.
Hi @Leire Muniozguren and welcome to the community!
Yup this is doable but you have to have the editor open in both pages.

You can create a custom library in draw.io, this would let you re-use objects between different diagrams -- https://drawio-app.com/draw-io-training-exercise-9-create-your-own-custom-library/
You can also copy/paste objects from one diagram to another if you have the editor for both open.

First of all, thanks for de answers.
I don't know if it's what I'm looking for.
I don't need reusable "object types" but the "same object".
An example: in one diagram an access to a database table is represented and in another diagram you also want to draw the access to the same table, the same object.
This way you can navigate to all the diagrams that use that table.

Not an answer, I just started learning Draw.io and have the same question.
I create a diagram class with a ClassA and method doSomething(), also create a ClassB.
Then I create a sequence diagram, how can I reuse both classes , then select doSomething() method in ClassA to be a called in the diagram from ClassB ?
is this possible?

Hey guys. Unfortunatel, the feature you are requesting can't be realized due to limitations that the Confluence macro brings along for app vendors. But I can suggest a workaround:
As all diagram content is 100% indexed in Confluence, you can search for diagrams that contain a specific text or tag. So you can either create a custom Server name (e. g. "Server XYZ") or set the tag "Server-External" (to set tags, Hit Cmd+M, create the property "tags" and then provide a value that you can search for later on) and then perform a Confluence search that only applies to draw.io diagrams, specific users etc.
By the way: If you provide a tag and then add the shape to a custom library or your scratchpad (see https://drawio.link/customlibraries and https://drawio.link/scratchpad) the tags will also be stored. This way you can ensure that the tag will remain consistent.
