×I want to search for the title in a tip macro (i.e., "This is the title" in {tip:title=This is the title}), but Confluence doesn't allow this.
There are many tickets about this issue, but they have been closed or doesn't solve the problem.

I want to know your interest in this issue. Do you think I should open a new ticket on this issues?
I think this issue could be solved if we could search for the source code of pages, but this also seems not possible.
Hello @[deleted]
Thank you for raising this with us, and welcome to Community. It's nice to have you join us.
According to information I'm finding related to the bug you shared (CONFSERVER-24568), this particular fix allows users to search pages page for inserted links or attachment names. This fix does not allow users to search by macro parameters, which is what you want to do.
Although this specific feature has been requested in the past in a few other cases, it doesn't appear to be something there are plans to implement in the near future. At any rate, there's an open request for this below:
There are a few workarounds listed in the below thread, that could possibly help you with a workaround. Be aware that the examples mention Confluence versions 4.x and 5.x, so the advice not may still apply, and a few of those add-ons are no longer offered by the vendor. It should still be a good place to start:
I'm sorry I don't have better information for you, but I hope it helps you get on the right track.
Take care,
Shannon
Thank you Shannon! I’m thinking about developing my own plugin to extend the Confluence search ability to search by macro parameters. Is this something I can achieve by developing my own plugin?

Hi @[deleted]
It may be possible, but I'm not terribly familiar with the capabilities of the development side of things here. There's a page called Including information in your macro for the Macro Browser that has some information on this within our Development ecosphere, perhaps it can be helpful to you?
Otherwise, we have a Developer Community similar to this one, where you can ask your development-related questions. This would be a good question for the folks there.
If you decide to develop your own plugin, best of luck! Below you can see a list of other resources for developers if you get stuck:
Take care, and happy developing!
Shannon
