Setting up SQL Server Database for Confluence

I need to connect Confluence to our SQL Server Database.  We have Windows Authentication active.  Please see the image below and provide assistance.

Thank you for your response Alexis.  However, I got the job done by creating a user on SQL Server and then using that user's credentials to connect to the Confluence set-up wizard.
